Day 19: Leg Whips
What this exercise is for:
Mobility of trunk/spine
Dynamic stretch of adductors and hamstrings
How to do it:

Position yourself on hands and knees on the ground
Extend one leg back behind you
Sweep your extended leg side to side, keeping your foot low to the ground (you’ll have to lift is slightly to clear your other foot, but the point isn’t to have this leg lifted high up)
Try to keep your hips relatively level and parallel to the ground
Try to relax your body and let the movement flow rather than forcing it
